Cajun Shrimp Avocado Tacos

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with the cajun seasoning until evenly coated.

  4. While the shrimp are cooking, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  5. Mash the avocado with a fork to create a chunky guacamole consistency.
  6. Warm the taco shells in another skillet for about 1 minute to make them crispy.
  7. Assemble the tacos by spreading a spoonful of mashed avocado in each taco shell.
  8. Place the cooked cajun shrimp on top of the avocado in each taco shell.
