Avocado Bacon Egg Toast Extravaganza
Ingredients:
- Eggs: 2 largeGolden orbs of protein-packed joy
- Bacon: 3 slicesCrispy, smoky happiness
- Ham: 2 slicesSavory slices of cooked pig paradise
- Avocado: 1 wholeCreamy green fruit of awesomeness
- Toast: 2 slicesCrispy foundation of pure delight
Instructions:
- Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on a paper towel to absorb the excess grease.
- In the same pan, crack two eggs and cook them sunny-side up or to your desired doneness.
- While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until creamy, then season with a pinch of salt (if desired).
- Layer the toasted bread with a generous spread of mashed avocado.
- Top the avocado toast with slices of ham, followed by the crispy bacon.
- Once the eggs are cooked, place one on each piece of toast.
